A visionary entrepreneur, Yanai has over 30 years of experience with numerous innovations in the television industry, including producing TV program series and launching thematic channels. After launching his first FAST channels as a publisher, he decided to create SoFAST to offer an alternative solution for the creation and distribution of FAST channels to rights holders and provide a crucial point for platforms with grouped distribution.

A law graduate and trained lawyer, Sandrine has specialized in TV production and content and channel distribution since 1996. She has signed agreements with major industry groups and played a key role in the management and creation of channels within SoFAST.
